Hi, I’m Pinar Aydemir Basaran.

I’m an Executive Leadership Coach, Mentor, and Trainer with a background in law and more than 30 years of professional experience. Before moving into coaching, I spent many years as a lawyer, legal counsel, and partner in two law firms in Istanbul. Over time, I realized the part of my work I loved most was working with people directly, helping them grow, overcome challenges, and move forward with more confidence and clarity. Coaching felt like a natural evolution of that.

Today, I work independently and also in collaboration with The Coaching Company, an Istanbul-based coaching firm. I’m an ICF-certified coach, a Global Leadership Certified Coach, and I’ve been living in California for the past 10 years.

I work mostly with senior leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals from different industries including banking, legal, retail, and logistics. Many of my clients work in multinational environments, and I understand how exciting, demanding, and sometimes isolating leadership can be.

What matters most to me is helping people reconnect with themselves, their strengths, values, confidence, and sense of direction. I believe real leadership starts from within. When people become more grounded and self-aware, it naturally changes the way they lead, communicate, make decisions, and relate to others.

My approach is warm, honest, practical, and deeply human. Some people come to coaching because they feel stuck or overwhelmed. Others are already successful, but want more balance, confidence, fulfillment, or clarity in the next chapter of their lives. Wherever someone is starting from, I believe meaningful growth begins with self-awareness and genuine conversation.

Outside of my work, I love traveling, reading, and exploring well-being practices that help us live more balanced and connected lives. I also care deeply about mentorship and volunteer as a mentor for students through organizations including METU, Darüşşafaka, and Arya Genç.
